I work in an Italian restuarant and have volunteered to design a flyer promo for my boss.
He is not very computer literate and has been trying for weeks, it turns out, to design something himself so when i found out I volunteered my services to him.
I do have adequate computer knowledge but was wondering if anyone had a program that I could download for free off the internet that would help.
I have used other programs in the past but have just recently got a new laptop so am looking for something for this task imparticular.
I have a scanner so will be using that, as they don't have the logo or anything on the internet.
Ideally I just wish to make an A5 flyer double-sided that is quick and easy to use so that ideally I can set it all up and then hand it over to him for editing and possibly to be used again in the future.
I would appreciate any help that people can offer.

There are two sites that I know of that are great for creating flyers and very user friendly. I am in the real estatw business, so I have to be able to quickly produce good quality flyers.
Ceck out vflyer.com and turnkeyflyers.com. Those are the two that come to mind.

i don't know if there's a free software. but im sure you can download a trial version. i use adobe pagemaker and usually use macromedia fireworks and photoshop for creating my own designs. i'm much more familar with macromedia fireworks though. there are alot of websites where you can download the trial version of these programs.
