Todays Church Wedding are costly

I wedded my long time fiancee on January 12th 2008 so Iam nolonger single. However, this did not come cheaply, church wedding is really expenssive. As a pastor Iam thinking of intruducing a cheaper way in which all people can afford a wedding. What do you think?

I think a way for people on a budget to have an easier time paying for a wedding is a great idea. The cost of getting married (but still doing something nice) on the cheap is just ridiculous. There are so many things I would love to do like travel and such but I feel like I can't because my boyfriend and I are saving up to get married, among other things.
