Oops. It was an accident. Really. That stupid cat drank all of my milk kept in the kitchen. When I noticed it, it was too late. I got very angry and threw a piece of stone on the cat. Then I don't know what happened. The cat died on the spot. I don't even recall, where the stone hit. In another occassion, two months before, I was on my motor cycle when a cat came across through the road. I hit it and it died on the spot, and I suffered a lot of injuries. Who is at fault? Can you suggest?

How DARE YOU do that to a poor defenseless cat!!!!!! You're scum!!!! That cat didn't know that milk was yours!!!!!! Cats like milk and if you wanted it then you should have put it up somewhere where the cat couldn't get to it!!!!!! You're the lowest of the low!!!! I can't stand ANYONE who can be so cruel and mean to any animal INCLUDING cats!!!! I have 9 cats and 5 dogs and would NEVER EVER EVER do anything like that to ANY of them!!!!! They're my babies!!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!!!! YOU LOW LIFE!!!!

Perhaps it was accident but you don't seem very sorry for what you did. Cats are suppose to drink milk. If you don't want it to drink the milk, put it out of reach. I hate animal cruelty. I don't see how you can be so nonremorseful if it was an accident.

Well my friend, that's what would happen if we do things out of anger. Most people would not be able to control themselves and act sanely when they are angry and they would only regretted their actions after the damaged have been done. Hopefully this would be alesson to you to be more patience in your life as in this case, the cat was just doing what a hungry cat would do when she found food. They do not think beyond that since they are animals... Cheers

Hi friend, It is really a sad thing. I love cats. I loved them since I was a kid. I used to have 3-5 kittens at home when I was in school. It was only after my cat were killed by dogs one by one, I could not bear the pain of loss. I thought to myself that I will never keep a pet anymore. I love them dearly and so I could see them going. I cannot bear any animal being beaten, killing is very far from thought. You should have been more cautious while throwing stone at poor animal. You should really control your anger. I can understand how you may be feeling after all the replies you got. But, it is really a sensitive issue and you should not have put it like this. I can understand it's not your fault. Anger is our worst enemy. Try to have control on your anger. That is the best you can do to yourself. I do not intent to hurt your feelings but I could not stop saying. The best you can do is save pet from killing in future. Try to adopt a pet and give it a new life. God bless you.

well if its an accident then i guess killing a cat will not be a big deal but if you had done it intentionally i would say that is cruelty towards an animal but all the same please try as much as possible not to react in annoyance next time it really helps

It was not an accident!! What you did is horrible and unforgivable. That cat did nothing wrong -- you should not have left your milk where the cat could get to it. Even if the cat knew better, that is no reason to do what you did to that cat. I hope you suffer horribly for doing such a heinous thing!!

I am a little late in answering but ive seen what was said and i would like to add my two cents. Ok Lets say I got mad at you because you drank the last of the milk. I accidentaly grab a rock and i accidentally throw it at you. Im wanting to hurt you accidentally but I kill you accidentally. Does that make sense to you because it sure doesnt for me. You threw a rock to hurt the cat for drinking your milk. You didnt throw it accidentally. You wanted to hurt it, Right?? Instead you killed it. If it was a person you would be in jail for at least manslaughter. probably more. A cat is a living thing. I honor all living things even the smallest insect. and bug. I do not kill them. as far as the motorcycle I will give you that that was an accident. but you sound like you had no feelings that you did it. Do you need to go see a psychiatrist because to me it sounds like you have no emotions. I would be sad if i had killed a cat or a spider. I hope by now you have had time to think about what you did and are at least a bit remorseful.I'm not trying to attack but just to let you know what this sounds like to me

You dont seem to have much luck with cats do you? All you can do is hope that you dont come back as a cat and have the same happen to you.

well that is sad, to be honest i do blame you, for what heppened to the cat you hit with a stone. there was no need for that. it is just milk, i am sure you could have got more, or you should have not left it in the open, but obvious the cat would come and drink it. animals cannot talk, how would you expect him to come and tell you hey i am hungry. its sad and i dont think you should harm animals even if they are wrong.

If you were two, I could maybe see something like this happening. I know when I was very young, I took a cat and put it in a 55 gallon water barrel, only to have the thing jump right back out. I was young at the time and didn't know any better. It wasn't something I did on purpose. Picking up a rock and throwing it at a cat....now that' on purpose. I've also hit a cat with my car, but it was something that was not able to be stopped. It ran out in front of me when I was less than 10 feet from it. I don't see how you even try and blame the cat on either of these situations. What kind of person are you?

First of all who left the milk out for the cat to get to? That was your fault. I can not believe you actually threw something at your cat and killed it. That is terrible and unacceptable. If the milk was left out of course the cat is going to be curious. My cats love milk and if I left it out where they had access to it, they would think it was theirs. Milk is replacable, your cat is not. This was not an accident, you are clearly at fault for this. You choose to throw something at an innocent cat. People like you should not be allowed to have pets. Your poor cat.

I just watched a video that showed people in india riding around in dumpster trucks putting stray animals in the compacter....while they're still alive. no wonder you're heartless about it. it's no big deal to you because it's not like it was a cow. if it had been a cow you wouldn't dare throw stones at it, right? interesting, considering most of our leather coats come from india. how does THAT even happen?

You after doing all such sins are asking who was at fault? Can you imagine that? Plus, you're not even ashamed what you did and asking for suggestions. One thing is for sure first time you were at not fault or it can be accepted as an accident ( two months back) but this time you're at fault. So, sorry to hear such a groose news from a human being. I think you are still not atoned for your horrible sins but I must confess you should try to forgive what happened and try to be more generous next time. That is my suggestion :(

the lord will get real mad at what youve done, you should've placed that milk of yours in some place that will be out of that cat's reach.common sense right? thats why were the most intelligent beings in the first place coz the poor cat doesnt know that milk is for your consumption only right?? geez milk is REALLY cheap man, you could've just bought another carton. its not like that cat burned your house or something.. so if you're asking it it was your fault, YES IT IS. dont blame the poor and now lifeless cat. but honestly, why do i have the feeling that this story might not be true in the 1st place? hmmm. well, i can easily fabricate a story, ive gotten paid for doing that before. anyway, shame on you, you should never do that again. EVER.

Ok first you call your cat that you chose as a pet..."stupid" for drinking the milk. And who was the "smart" one who left the milk out where the cat could get to it? The cat was simply doing what any normal cat would do. What is not quite normal however, was your reaction. You accidently got angry. You accidently picked up a rock that you either had to go out and get or had it conveniently handy and you accidently threw it at the cat and accidently killed the cat? Or did you purposely throw the stone to only hurt the cat because you were so angry? Did it not occur to you that this was entirely your fault and the poor cat did not deserve the punishment you gave to him for you being absent minded and having a serious anger problem. I hope you don't have a wife and kids. As far as the bike accident...that was probably not your fault.

ofcourse its your fault, no one can kill any thing just by mere accident!! i feel sorry for the cat to have done some thing in its nature and had to pay the ultimate price. I hope this incident will change your life, better admit your fault, thank keep defending your self by saying that its an accident.
