Yes, friends, it seems that smokers sleep evil and must give up the better part of sleep, the deep sleep. So says a search that I read in this article http://aje.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/164/6/529.
To tell the truth I am a smoker, smoke a lot, but I have noticed changes in my sleep. I sleep only four hours per night and sleep well despite 60/70 cigarettes a day.
Your experience is like mine? Or you smoke takes away the good sleep?

I smoke too (not as many as you, trying to cut it out, but not that successfuly) but do not find it affects my sleep but I do find it hard to actually get to sleep, but recently I have started reading in bed and my eys get tired so that helps, but I do not have any problems staying asleep once I am and always wake up feeling refreshed.
