Which Courier Service Should I Use?

I need to send an urgent document to New Zealand with a return international courier slip/package inside for them to send the documents back to me. I have a months timeframe to get it there and back. I usually send parcels to NZ/Australia via Postal Service but never anything urgent or couriered.
Has anyone used FedEx? DHL? or any other courier service? It's likely the document will be less than 2 pounds so if you have an idea how much it will cost, please let me know. I have never had to courier anything from USA to NZ before so would appreciate any help thanks!

whenever we need to send anything from Pakistan to USA or UK, we use either DHL or Fedex and both are good, they deliver it in 3-4 days time
u have to check them for rates but they are good and reliable
Ups is good too and u can track them as well to check status of ur parcel

Perhaps it's very late for me to answer this discussion. But you may have something to send in the future, who knows?
In my opinion, the good couriers are DHL, UPS, FeDex and TNT. FeDex is the most expensive and TNT is the cheapest. Compare to the price, I think DHL is good with its reasonable price and service.

I should of checked out DHL but ended up going with Fedex because they opened a new office just up the road which saved me a trip into town. It was expensive to have it couriered there and back but I am thankful that my son's passport has been renewed and returned before our trip next month :)
