I am a mother of five, one has moved out for good (well maybe) and the rest range in age from 14-19. I thought that surely when they all got to be this age that holding a full time job would be a piece of cake. Wrong!! There is more to do now than when they were little! They need rides to work and no one has time to help cook or clean. My question is to the mothers who do it HOW!! Or am I just holding on to being a mom a little longer?

All they do is do what is impossible and leave out the impossible to the advantage of their health.
Isn't that a simple formula; way out?
Let your children grow up, find other ways through exercising their brains and this will give you parenting freedom.
You seen a caring mum, a good mum anyone would wish to have, but remember that you to are someone's child...

True.. I think truly I am not ready to give up the role and I know I have to. It is scary letting them go out there on their own and having NO say in what they do or with whom! Hmm funny thing is I made fun of those moms, I thought once they are grown hallelujah Ill be free and no empty nest syndrome!! Jokes on me though huh?

You're not alone, hon! The good news is that your kids are active and involved and the BAD news is that your kids are active and involved. Don't worry - you'll be a mom for the rest of your life, no matter how old your kids get. If you think they're worse than they were when they were little now in their teens, wait till they're in their twenties and thirties!
