Can anyone help me about what are the new planets?

I have a problem with my younger sister's assignment, to look for a new planets, a new version or a new issues about what are the new planets. I was really had a very hard time to find it. Although i had some but i don't know if what i have is correct. That might my sister will get angry with me. I have the new planets, the dwarf planets includes, ceres, pluto, and eris. I have that three and their descriptions but i dont have any idea if this are correct. Earlier i searched in the internet, and i read that there are 30 something new discovery of planets... huh! i really had an head ache. Can anyone help me to solve this assignment. and I need this on Saturday. Thank you in advance friends.:)
