Don't feel like eating? It means loss of appetite

Few days back I was not eating properly, because of that i became weak. Was not able to concentrate easily,Mom said,"It's a loss of APPETITE". She gave me few tips to stay fit. Also told me the reason why many people lose their appetite. It's because of indigestion, Fever, anxiety or depression or drinking Alcohol. My Eating habbits was irregular, Used to eat fast food(Indian burger-VADA PAV,Spicy foods), Iam doing Grave yard shift(NIGHT SHIFT) and unable to sleep in the day. Which also leads me to irregular eating habits. My Mom's tips-eat small, regular meals, Having lots of water. Take your time over meal & make them as STRESS FREE, as possible. Say to "NO" to JUNK food, Have Coffee after meals. Exercising regularly can stimulate hunger. Ginger , Olive oil, can increase your hunger. LIVE AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

I wonder if you mom is a medical practional, cos she gave you all the tips you could have gone to the doctors to pay money for. I hope you appreciated her for that, if not please tell her a big "thank you mum"
