What about Bernard?

I've been thinking, about Bernard from the Spiderman movies. Ever since I've heard about the news that they will produce another Spiderman 4 movie soon... or later, I'd thought of a number of villains which is suitable for the movie. One of them will be Green Goblin, and of course, the 3rd one. My idea is, let Bernard, the Osborn family's house keeper to be the 3rd Green Goblin.
