My Experience With Hypnotherapy

Okay, so I went to a hypnotherapist on Monday. I had a very pleasant, for the most part, experience. I did get a bit anxious for a moment when my hypnotherapist had me confront some current issues and when I found the point in the past where those issues may have originated. But I also learned some coping mechanisms which should help me as I overcome some of the roadblocks that life seems to throw in my way (or could it be because of the paths I choose to follow?).
I also did not get turned into a chicken. It was a light trance, and I was very aware of my surroundings.

It seems that the majority of the human race walks around in much more than a 'light' trance! Acting out sub-conscious 'commands' and making excuses up for their ridiculous behavior because they don't really know why they're doing it, etc. Don't know why you would want to perpetuate that behavior.

Well then, I'm here to tell you that I am your 'caretaker' too, and you know what I am commanding you to do. (No, it doesn't have anything to do with bodily functions... you know what I'm talking about; your divine good humor) "You will obey my command hickus... obey... obey... "
