Get inspiration sitting in the toilet?

One of my friends who is an Illustrator and a heavy smoker, spends more than an hour in the toilet. When questioned by other frustrated users, he claimed to get lots of inspiration and new ideas just sitting there.....Is this true? Anyone?

I get some reading done there but no ..I do not usually generate ideas and there is no way I will sit there an hour when I can sit somewhere without poop drying to my butt and think....now in the shower and in my sleep I get loads of creative ideas

Hahaha...you are right and funny too. Well it takes all kinds to make this world. I like info about people - the good, the bad, the ugly, the weird, the crazy, the funny, etc....just want to learn more from populations all over the world and this is a good site to gain opinions and knowledge firsthand. Thank you for your response though.

I like to spend as little time on the pot as I can. I like the get in and get out method.. HEHE I usually get my ideas when I am sleeping or cooking.

Hi Cortney! Yes there are better ways to get those inspiration. I guess for the guy above, it must have been the case of an "urgently needed idea", considering its done at his workplace. Thank you Cortney for your response.

Inspiration can happen anywhere. Toilet inspirations, well I have had one or two, I mean as atheme for some of the articles I had to submit-I had a free hand from the editors to select a topic on a particular field and then write on it. I did get the ideas in the toilet-and both times the reports were appreciated by my readers.

Hahaha! Good for you the reports were appreciated. I really must try this - must be an experience, eh? I like the way you call it, too - toilet inspirations. Anyway, I'm back to KL now Tarachand and I'm fine, thank you.

That is really very interesting-I Wouldnt mind him meditating over a toilet seat, but I find it a bit mind boggling that he should do it in a public toilet where there are enthusiastic users waiting for the same facility! My be the smell of the cigerates blends very well with the toilet items!! Really a funny way to get inspired lol!
