Non vegetarian food eaters are very fond of eating chicken and mutton not in the form of curry but in the form of fried way.Offcourse, the food is delicious if fried. I do prefer to eat fried items but not too much. But a man/women cross 40 years old it is not advisable to go for fried food items. Taking fried food causes calories increase in the body. These non vegetarian eaters I advise to go for fish curry. It is delicious with rice. I don’t think why unnecessarily fry fish to eat. It is always very nice to eat in the form of fish curry. It is troublesome free.

Fried items if kept in check may not harm much. Deep fried item may cause some damage. Why non vegetarians? Even in our family which is haveing a vegetarian food habit, do cook atleast 3 or 4 days in a week, oil fried foods like Pooris and several condiments. We also use some oil in preparing rasam, sambar etc. all said and done, if things are in limit say once a way if one eats a fried food item, I do not think it will have a bearing on the health. In fact body needs a little bit of oil in the food. How much of fried is enough for body? That is a difficult question to answer and hence it is better to come to some agreement by using using fried items once a week in small quantities.

I think fresh food isthe best for you. When eating chicken I bake or grill it and I eat plenty of vegetables. Green ones especially. I eat fish alot too it is good for you.

I believe in a balance of diet. I don't cut out fried food totally, just that I would watch how much I eat during a month. Like if I have some fried food items these days, then I could cut them off totally for the next few weeks. I think it's fine for us to eat a bit of everything, just that we shouldn't overdose ourselves!
