Hello warholian :) I partly believe in "The Secret". I believe in what it says about Vision. I don't believe in what it says that you can have "everything" that you imagine. What if there are ten people wanting the very-same one-and-only item? and they all visualize having it. Of course only one will get it, because there's only one. No matter how all of them visualize it harder than the others. I believe that Vision can give you what you want in life, but you also need (must have) Action. Without Action, Vision is useless. Without Action, Vision is just a dream. In "The Secret", they over-emphasize of Visualization, and most people forget that there's got to be an ACTION to achieve what they visualize. Action may mean easy work, hard work, very hard work. Achievement of Vision can be "instant" or thru or very very hard and long work. And that's what "The SECRET" did not emphasize. They just teach people to "dream"!

I believe. Looking back on the past, I realize that the secret does work. I think that I attract one person into my life especially when I am telling myself that I will move past him. Then he pops into my life. I went to the post office one day and right before I walked in I thought it would be nice to get money in my box today. Well, when I got inside there was a check there. It was great.

I haven't read the book, but I have watched the film.. It might be true, because after all, i try to be as open minded as i can.. The idea they brought up in the film was very intresting, but i dislike the idea of any one being able to get whatever they wish, with just thinking about it - think about it - how many bad things will happen? how many people will get things they are supoused to work hard to get - for free? The "Law of attraction", eventually, will put an end to "hard work" and "blood and sweat". But than again, this is the human nature- to keep looking for the easiest way.
