dismission is a usual and a sad thing to us.may u have experienced it?some people dont satisfy the condition so they take initiative resign for wider development,some people fired cause of the misunderstanding with other colleagues,and maybe some people have their own reason for dismission....but whether or not,will u delete all contact information of former company after ur dismission????
