I was just wondering where everyone's favorite place to get pizza was and why. I personally like papa johns because they have larger pizzas that aren't too greasy or over cooked. But I do know of a few local pizza places in several differnt towns that have pizza to die for and when I travel to these towns I always stop by for a slice.

I love pizza, but I don't like pizza like everybody else does, I like mine thin crust,! I'm a meat lover and I like mine with a lot of meat and less cheese, and not so much bread and crust!

Thin crust bread always seems to taste different to me. I like thick crust. Its like a treat when I get to the end of the pizza.

I forgot to mention that I used to work alot in Morgantown Wv last year. I got to meet the owner of a small place called Pizzeria Italia. His name is Lee POlicichicco. He owns two locations there in Morgantown and it is the best anywhere around WVU. If you are ever there, stop and see him. Tell him the little Office Depot guy from Pittsburgh sent you. He will get a laugh from that one.

I love Yellowcab's pizza. I always go there with my friends. I love their New York's Finest 24" pizza. Plus, their chili flakes make it all the lot more worthwhile. But there are other local pizza parlors that I enjoy as well. Especially this one place near the house, their cheese is just so exquisite. But it gets yucky after a while. One of those types of food that you love at the first bite, and end up loathing by the 3rd.

I am from Pittsburgh, Pa and my favorite by far is Italian Village. They have a few locations around town, but to me the best is at Century III MAll. They have a New York Style thin crust pizza that is excelent. I travel alot for work and would be interested to here some of the places you think are good. If I am ever in those areas I will stop and try it.

If you are ever around Charlotte, NC I have heard a place called Hawthornes (I think its on E. 7th St.) is really good although I have never tried it. Another place called Portofinos is excellent. They serve real Italian brick oven style pizzas that are really good. I know some more places in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio but its been so long since I've been I've forgotten their names :(

I like to call pizza-hut if we are having it delivered. I like the supreme and the meat-lover's. If we are going out to eat pizza, however, I like to go to Ci-Ci's. They have a wide variety of specialty pizzas on their buffet line, and the salad bar there is usually pretty good as well.

My favorite is a local place where I live called Village Pizza. If we are talking about Pizza Chains then I would say Donatos, Pizza Inn because they have a buffet and Papa Johns.
