Hello mylotters, I usually read responses of my discussions and rate each of them provided their comments and responses are helpful and is related to the topic being discussed, I used to leave no ratings those who just response for the purpose of posting their referral links. Even though there are times I run out of my time to give rate I use to visit it next time I get online and rate again the new responses after reading. I also rate the discussion started by other member if I find it relevant, important, helpful and interesting but avoided giving rates on discussions that talks about money making site which sometimes includes referral links. HOw about you guys! :-)

plus sign - use this for your rating :)
I rate responses that are relevant and interesting. Of course, they always get a positive rating. I also rate discussions that are interesting, helpful and important. I believe that people should always get what they deserve especially when they have worked hard on it.

Yes, I agree with the ratings thing. Helpful, fun, interesting responses always get a possitive rating. I hardly ever rate negatively unless it is way off topic, it is or extrememly office the poster hasn't read a thing about it and has no idea what they are responding to.

When I read responses, which is most of the time, I will rate the respondants. When I respond to someone else's post, I will rate the poster. In fact anything I reply to I will rate. I do not care if it is irrelevent or not. Personally I think you are being choosy, but if the comment is rude and obnoxious or silly, I will rate them negative. Mind you I have not had to do that. I think it is up to the poster to tell them off, but if she doesn't, I will. Note just obnoxious and silly, not racist. And of course those who post their referral links I will tell them that it is wrong. I could call them some names, but that would not be mice.
