How to create a good discussion on MyLot!!!

Helpful tips for newcomers :D I often come across the posts where people complaint about low paid-to-post rates on the site, but at the same time I notice that MyLot is full of one-word/one-phrase discussion topics like 'Hi', 'Love and Friendship', 'Watching TV' etc, that do not provoke many thoughts from other members, and thus remain unanswered for years. To my mind such topics just fail to catch anybody else's attention due to their simplicity. The experience of all the old MyLot members proves that the first thing which attracts other members is a question mark in your 'discussion subject' field. It is very helpful to ask questions, ask for somebody else's opinion already in the title of the discussion. For example, a phrase like 'I have a Birthday today!!!' is not enough. This one will get a bunch of simple answers: 'Congrats, man!' most likely will die in one day. Discussion titles with a simple question like 'When is your birthday and how do you usually spend the day' will have more chances to live a long life.-) Another important thing to do is to add as many interests into your profile as possible before creating a discussion. The relevant interest field for a new discussion will attract the right people to keep the discussion going for some time! I thought the other day that if we all follow these tips, we will at least: a. optimize our earnings b. save MyLot from flood :-))))) Long Live MyLot :-p

Hello, Foxfire! I knoe it is hard to post right things, and I also made mistakes and had my discussions and replies deleted in the beginning, but after a while I have sorted things out, and now I am earning more:-) That would be cool if everybody does like this. I wish you good luck on MyLot. Take care!
