Which pose or poses do you like best and which do you like least?

My favourite is any of the sitting poses as I can relax easier in them and really feel a good stretch. I shouldn't really dislike any but I don't like upside down poses, I find them so uncomfortable and unnatural.

There are hundred thousands of yoga postures. definitely we don't need to master or like all of those postures. if we can master only 5 postures and practice that regularly, still we get the benefit. I like shoulder stand and fish pose.

I'm glad it's not important to learn all the yoga postures. I suppose as long as you do enough to stretch fully all the muscles of the body that should be sufficient. I would like to master more than 5 though and I like to change every so often my routine. I don't like the shoulder stand, although I know it is good for me I just don't like it. I do like the fish pose tho.

My favourite pose is sitting in lotus position which I find very relaxing and easier for focus or contemplation. Many people have noticed that I am inclined to sit cross legged (in lotus) more frequently than any other seated position. It has become habitual for me. My least favourite position has to be downward facing dog because having osteoporosis and a back injury makes this position very challenging (and at times painful) to achieve because I can't fully extend my back. I have settled for doing the best I can with this position.

I really like the lotus as well, I find it easy because like you, I tend to sit in either full or half lotus most of the time. Maybe you should stop doing the downward dog, if it is so painful, I'm sure there are other ones you can do or do you find altho it's painful it does help you.

I like those poses like what the model does. It is either standing, sitting or lying positions. As long as it shows your personality. Whether smiling or just plain looking. Pictures that shows the real you.

I find it easier to smile in some poses than others. That is a really nice idea that it shows the real you I've never thought about that before.

Sitting on my comfortable chair resting my back at my computer desk. I could never stand still at the same place, my back and feet hurt.

You should try yoga it will help strengthen your back and make it less likely to hurt. My chair isn't very comfortable I wish I could put my computer on the floor but it isn't possible.
