I know how you feel. I have about 00 friends here in mylot so you would think I would get 100 responses to my discusions. But it doesn't sem to work that way. I know a lot of my friends don't respond to my discussions although I respond to all, or most, of theirs. I think a lot of people here are greedy and only want me to respond to theirs without returning the favour. But it doesn't matter to me. I keep them as friends so I have a lot of discussions to respond to without having to search for them, since I get them in my email.

If you want a lot of people to respond to your discussions you need to write good topics that people want to talk about.

Oh I love questions like this. I have actually hundreds of friends on the internet, and a good portion of them I have actually met in person, so they have become great offline friends as well. It is so wonderful to have a passion for General Hospital (the soap) I have been to diverent actor fan events, met dome of the stars as well as people I message board with. Putting faces to online friends names is such a great experience. I also receive Christmas cards etc from some and phone calls. It is just amazing!
