well, I've just completed my 4th full oweek of school. I absolutely love my classes. I'm stressing a little over a presentation in my Intro to Education class, because I' mjust not sure what I'm going to do yet! I have taken tests in Math, Sociology and Biology and written my first paper in Composition II. I think I'm going to make it. Not sure how much time I'll have on mylot, but more than anything I wanted to thank those who gave me their support when I first started talking about going back to school. So what's going on in everyone else's life|?

I didn't think it would ever happen. I guess this just proves that there is hope for the hopeless! I am absolutely loving it, though I'm stretched for time, and haven't been on mylot or gather in weeks! I had a test today and came to the computer lab when I finished for some down time.

My surgery went really well. I will be glad when I am finished taking eye drops though in a few weeks I will be finished and wearing a eye patch at night. I am glad I had this done though I was getting a lot of headaces from my eyes moving from side to side all the time. Before it would go away eventully but this last time it stared last year in June and never stopped. I am so thankful to have this eye surgury and that there was something that could be done.

I'm so glad! Have they gotten your meds regulated? I know that my friend Debbie's husband has MS and that's their biggest worry all the time is keeping his meds under control. If something gets out of whack it throws his whole system off. Tell me how your surgery went.

That is so awesome that you went back to school! You should be very, very proud of yourself. I've thought about going back... I have an associates degree, but would love to have a Bachelors. I just don't know what I'd even go back for! My oldest starts college in the fall, so it's probably not the best time financially for both of us to be going! lol! Good luck to you through the year!

If I keep working hard, and taking the max. hours, I will have an associates by next December. I already had some hours. I'd love to be able to walk across that stage then~! I am absolutely loving it. I have discovered that it's so much easier when you're 40 than when you're 20.

I really enjoyed my Intro to Education class. The wife of one of my dad's friends taught it, so I felt comfortable. And she was a really good teacher. I'm glad you are enjoying it! I'm so happy you get to do something for you. Keep up the good work, Student. : )

I taught the class last Thursday. It's part of our grade...worth like 40%. I made an 88% on it. My biggest loss in points was because I didn't do the lesson objective right. So, he told me that if I'd redo the objective's that he would give me another 5 points. I told him I'd take him up on that.

Oh I'm so jealous! I am getting ready to take my first set of final exams in more than 15 years. To be honest i'm a little terrified! My grades are good though, so I should be ok. good luck to you as you start your next phase of life.

Well, I am not actually among those that will formally march but, just those that would settle their grades their own way. I just went to school the day before I posted this response to follow up on my grades. All I need to do now is wait for them to encode my grades and onces that's through I might as well be claiming my diploma. Thank you and I hope you do fine with yours as well
