how to get ur self motivated

lately i'm not really motivated to do something..just lay down,watching movies...basically..wasting my time...i dunno how to self motivate me...can someone help me..or just telling ur experience in self motivate..or what motivate u?

Well, for movies, I usually tend to get bored with predicatable stories so I end up skipping the whole thing. Now that I got bored with movies, I find myself thinking of other things that might interest me. Drawing, writing, and other things that seems to be good to do at the moment ^_^ Reading has been something pending for sometime now...
