I Have A Big Mouth and Now I Am Going To Another Caucus

Well Justin and I went to our Presidential caucus today to cast our vote. I gave my little speech on why I don't want Hillary to be president and have decided I am going with Obama. For those of you who have forgotten Hillary and Tipper tried to stomp on our freedom of speech and also felt all women should stay home and bake cookies. I don't want someone in the White House who has already tried to take away my rights. Anyway I was able to help someone who was undecide decide and now I am going to the District Caucus as a representitive So if you think your vote or voice doesn't count guess again. It can make a surprising difference

Congrat's for being able to caucus. We only have blind vote here but I verbally and via the internet am always raising awareness to Obama. I'd kill for a caucus here although Obama is huge in Illinois now. Most people that don't vote for him know nothing about him and just know the name Clinton. Its amazing how many hits my Obama blogs have gotten and just via talking about Obama how many people I have helped 'see the light'. It is a good feeling. Its like these 4 wins tonight are wins for all of us not just for Barack. I'm thinking about "moving" in with my parents in Indiana so my vote might count more, Illinois will def be a blue state in November. I wonder how hard it is register to vote over there.

Uh thanks I think. It was actually the first one I have ever been to. Our state is so confusing most people probably didn't even realize they were suppose to vote today. In the state of Washington the Democrats nominee is decided purely by the caucases, while the Republicans use half of the caucus votes and half of the primary ballot votes to choose their nominee. Shouldn't be to hard to register but you should probably hurry our deadline was today

I think cnn was saying Washington had double the voters they had 4 years ago, that's not bad at all. I love the margins today too. I would have been happy with just all wins but Obama won more than 2 to 1 in some places and no close margins which is big with the whole proportional delegates thing. This is the most exciting election I've ever experienced.

CNN is probably right the local news stations did a much better job of letting people know that they had to go to the caucuses this time. I definately agree with it being a much more exciting election Can you imagine having to wait until May when Oregon has their primary?

I am proud of me cos I have only learnt about 3 weeks ago what a caucus was! lol You guys over there certainly know how to make things complicated at election time don't you? LMAO xxx

I do not support you choice but I do support you for fighting for your principals. I wish I had a state that had it primary at a time when my vote may mean something. All I have been able to do in the past is vote for the party choice because it was decided before our primary was held.

It is really a good thing to learn to bridle our tounge sometimes. Not all we want to say must be heard. Sometimes it is better than never utter it than be in the midst of trouble.

Thank you so much for getting out there and helping people realize what a screw up Hilary was just as the first lady. I'm personally a R but I would vote for Obama just so we wouldn't be even more screwed over by another Clinton. Thanks for making a diffrence. I hope more people follow your example.
