Who is Simon Cowell? Im pretty sure you guys know how he judges American idol aspirants. Some people cuss him, some say not so good things about him. But I think he's a perfect blend with the judges. A judge can never be always kind especially if some auditions just for fun.
What got my attention was my kababayan (Filipino) guy named Renaldo Lapuz who presently resides @ TExas auditioned, not for fun, but to relay his song to Simon Cowell, which is so odd because as we know, more often than not, contestants HATE him. I think he's got all of the guts and ofcourse after that..GLORY! Pinoy got talents for sure, and a HEART as well...

Simply one of the memorable contestants that I sure would never forget in American Idol and, even though he didn't make it, he made the judges happy from their tedious job of looking for talent all across america.
To think that I don't even watch American Idol..
So proud to be Pinoy, I am ^_^

I love Simon Cowell... mainly because he is honest and says true things about the contestants... he can be harsh at times... but i always like to hear him tell the contestants his most honest opinion...
Renaldo Lapuz was also a blast... he did not only get 15 minutes of fame but extended it to months and even years... i will be waiting for him to appear in the Idols finale... i hope he can sing with the other contestants... he is actually good...
