If you have lost 50, but you have been winning for a year, I take it you are still way ahead. I'd just go back at it. Unless of course, you aren't way ahead, then I think I would consider it a lesson learned and quit except when you have money that you wouldn't mind just throwing away. That's really the only type of money you would gamble, like entertainment money basically.
