Craigslist if alive and working in Florida

I have a rental property that I have listed for rent on craigslist a couple times, and within a very short period of time, I had reliable tenants in there. Craigslist has been great in the rental business for others as well, as many renters tend to look on this site. I also see homes listed on Craigslist, but I only tried that once. Over all, I am very happy with the site, and the amount to traffic i have received from my posts, not just for real estate, but for other interests as well, for other goods and services for sale, or wanted. I have not heard many complaints towards Craigslist. I will start using Craigslist more in my real estate business.

I am getting ready to list some vacations on craigslist in the for sale department. Thanks for the good word on them. I have listed clothing for sale on there before, but didn't get anywhere with it. I am hoping this will be different. Again thanks for the good reveiw of craigslist. It gives me hope.
