Does my headaches result from eyestrains due to PC exposure?

How can I get rid of persistent headaches? It does occur whenever I spend most of the time online. I guess I got my eyes strained when infront of the computer. What should I do?Thanks for any help shared.

do you have eyeglasses? you can wear them while spending time facing the computer.. it helps your eyes not to get strained that much.. i have glasses too but im not using it often coz im so lazy..

Thanks for reply. Got my eyeglasses but it does no good to me since it just worsens what I am feeling. I feel nauseated when I take it off. Guess its time for me to see my optometrist for that matter. Thanks really for the reply.

you know what, im a bit lazy about wearing my eyeglasses that's why i find it hard to read words from a distance.. i hate using those because it makes my eyebags bigger. .and then the fact that i have to carry it over with m anywhere i go..

shared the same sentiments with you. the reason why i am not using my eyeglasses is that it just worsens the situation when i take them off. just yesterday, i again had episodes of terrible headaches even at work..urgh!

i had this problem of persistent headaches and often my eyes will have tears running down too.on my boyfriends advice i went to for an eye checkup and foung my eyesight to be weak.i ignored the need for wearing spectacles but teh persistent headaches made me go for them later.since tehn i dont have headaches.i'm surprised because often i would take them as migraine attacks as those were severe and wont go for days and i feel very uneasy.
