A site that I like was SharedReviews, it's a very ok site and payments were like clockwork too :) I like it more than both PayPerPost and Smorty, you should try it out too. www.sharedreviews.com

You can try SponsoredReviews, ReviewMe and Blogsvertise. You can sign up with ReviewMe at reviewme.com and blogsvertise at blogsvertise.com. They do not have any referral program. SponsoredReviews works on a bidding system. If you can bid at a reasonable price, you will get reviews to write. I would be thankful if you can sign up as my referral. Other than payperpost and smorty, there is also blogvertise and blogitive. I have used both, but don't get a lot of offers from them yet.
