well, this is about a friend's live in partner, the girl left my friend and their children, she says she will just go to her province for a vacation and she will come back after 2 weeks, but suddenly, the girl called the guy and said, her father won't let her come back and she want to take their 2 children with her....the guy refused coz they are also his children and he loves them so much...but the girl told the guy that if he doesn't give them back, she will make a spell on him...the guy was wondering if it is true...for now, he doesn't feel anything bad, but what if she really did it? do witches really exist? is it really possible for us to be put into a spell?

I've heard that if the guy believes it that it will happen he just needs to shove it past him as a joke. yes witchcraft is real but a real witch wouldnt cast a spell on someone for harm its against there will and there law of nature.

If she is a true "witch" that follows the law of witchcraft than it is harm none so she shouldnt do it but not all witches follow that law but as long as he believes its bs nothing should happen to him b/c half of a curse is the energy the cursed puts into it.

First off the mother walked out without taking her kids she has to go through the system to get them back because with out a order for custody the father and mother have equal rights to the child. Meaning she can come back and take them out of school and haul them off at any time she wants until there is a custody order and he doesn't really have to give them back until there is a custody order. My advice is to have your friend got to a lawyere and start the paper work right away and have his lawyer say what the mohter did was abandonment ... Also he should file for child support becuase that hearing would happen first and if he gets support it shows the court that he currently is in custody of the children. By the way how old are the children? I don't understand why any mother would leave their child behind if they are leaving a relationship. Now on to the topic of Witchcraft. Here is a link about Wicca http://www.carm.org/wicca/whatiswicca.htm Wicca has a thing about harming none. Though there are those who do practice hexes. You can either believe it in or not. It's up to you. I have studied Wicca. I'm luthren and I don't think that this is of the devil at all. Sorry but they are peaceful the Wiccans that I meet. I think your friends girl is trying to scare him there is power in word and if you believe in something. I hope that the situation works out for the best of the children.

What I said up at the top has nothing to do with the children saying who they want to be with it has to deal with there is no court order that says the mother has soul custody. Until that is done she can't make demands. But she can just show up and take them while they are in school. Because at this point both parents have equal rights to them. That is why I said your friend needs to get a lawyer and have him file abondanment on the kids because she upped and left and then requested the children later. Have him go straight to a lawyer they will know what is best for him to do. Have a nice one.

the two kids are 6 and 4 years old....so, as far as i know, they can only choose whom to be with if they reach 7 years old...and the two are not legally married, could it have a possibility that the court will be in favor of the guy? well, i think she is just scaring my friend that's why she mentioned that she will have him into a spell....

I don't believe in witchcraft. But day in day out lot of stories are pouring in from different parts of the world about the stories of the people claiming to be affected by witch craft. But witch craft makes an interesting theme for a book or movie especially the Zombies.

Of course Witches exist..I see one every day when I look in the mirror ;-) HOWEVER...for this girl to say that out of the blue like that and for the reason that she did..I find it hard to believe she's actually capable or even would...Thats not to say that it can't be done, sure it can but I think this girl is just attempting to scare the guy by saying things like that....

well, maybe she's just scaring him....but it is also possible for her to do that....i think she's out of her mind, why should she do that in the first place, when she is the one who ran away leaving the guy and their children....

Yes, witches exist. But their power can't be effective to real Christians because "greater is He (Holy Spirit) that is in the Christian than he (satan) that is in the world." Witchcraft is of the devil.

WITCHCRAFT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEVIL OR EVIL!!! How many times does this have to be said on this site for people to get that??? I do not practice this religion, but I know people who do and I am aware of what they stand for. Anyone who claims to be practicing witchcraft and has dealing with the devil is not a real witch. There are a lot of people on this site who don't like it when people come on here saying bad things about Christian religions. If you don't like it when people knock your beliefs, than don't knock other's....or you'll hear me coming on here talking bad stuff about Christains. I have more bad things to say about Christian religions than I do about witchcraft...but I won't say them because you can belief in whatever you want. Just make sure that if you are going to make comments like the one above, inform and educate yourself first or keep your comments to yourself.

if its not true then there wont be anyone accepting it as real...yes its true, witchcraft is already here for quite a long time already other even call them wizards, enchanters and many more...it is possible for your friend to get the spell and it is also possible to block it.but it all depends on the spell caster if they are real they can really make a good spell on somebody...

personally i dont know how to block it...we can distinguish it when doctors cant explain what is really the problem with the patient then most probably its a witch spell....the only solution i know is to pray to God for protection from such....

Witches for me are real and they really do exist. I am a white witch. Yes spells are real but if it's a bad spell he can have it reversed by a good witch. Witches believe in Karma if this girl is going to do harm she will get more of it than the guy will. He just have to hold on more to his faith. If he loves the kids so much tell your friend to marry the mother of the kids so they will have a solid union and since the kids are born out of wedlock the girl has more of the right to have them than he does.He better consult a professional on that so he can get custody for his kids.Tell him to not be afraid.

that's a great idea, but the girl doesn't want to marry him...she said she doesn't love him anymore and she just want take her kids back after leaving them to him.

There are witches but the real witches are good people who follow Wicca and they can't use their powers for evil. If you are talking about a witch like the one in The Wizard of Oz. A mean woman who can cast spells and make evil happen? I don't think so.

Well, I am an engineer and I really do NOT belive in all this. But your friend could go to a lawyer and solve all this in a more... earthly way. There is not excuse for a mother abandoning her children and wanting them back just because "daddy says so".

Hi, I do hear stories that really happened from my grandmother on witchcrafts. I do heard few of them which I believe and my grandmother said it with much realistic events. Even now there are people in our tribal area who do this. Personally I do believe in it.

Hi babymar, as much as I do not want to believe that witchcraft exists, I have to say there are so many stories about it happening to other people that it's hard not to be swayed by them. Furthermore, a lot of these may be the result of self fulfilling prophecies but it's hard to distinguish and determine which ones are genuine or not. Does your friend know more about his partner to determine if she has dabbled in witchcraft before? It's scary, and it seems like the problem here is children are involved. :(

he knows that the girl's mother knows how to do it....coz there is a time when he is with her in the province, there was a kid who is crying coz he has a toothache, then the girl's mother just lit a candle and from the candle, she just put out a worm on it, then, the kid said, it doesn't hurt anymore..... my friend witnessed that before, and so he was scared....

i believe there are witches who try. but i just don't believe that they ever succeed. if it is God's will then it is His will. Maybe the things that happen are just pure coincidental. Like when I curse this certain person and suddenly the next morning he gets sick. Concidental. I believe in ghost. Coz i've seen alot. But witches? I would have to SEE, HEAR, and FEEL. Right now, there's nothing more majestic to me than the power of God.

Hi babymar, Were are you from? well because if you are living in my country, surely you will going to believe in witches and witchcraft. Well, here it has its own name like "mangkukulam", "mangbabarang","manug iwit".. and I do believe in these things because I have seen one. How they use voodoo dolls and spells to destroy or do harm to some people. Its different from here because they dont use broom sticks, large pots.. they're using pictures of the target, or any piece or things that belongs to them.

Believing anything is a suckers game. It is used purely by some to control others. Religion is the most common example of that. Me, I don't believe in anything. Show me proof, and I'll consider and inspect it. Witchcraft? Ha!!! Same as Voodoo. You believe in it, 'they' can use to kill you with it. But you are really doing it to yourself. She'll put a curse on him? How asinine is that?

Yes and No to both questions. Yes witches exist in a few forms, but their "power" is limited. The biggest question is how much she believes she is a witch and how much HE believes it. If she believes it, she will continue to do anything to hurt him and there are alot of ways to hurt people without any hocus-pocus. It is even worse if HE believes she is a witch. Curses and Hexes are general placed on believers so that their own minds empower the curse. Someone else mentioned religious faith as a way to avoid witches, but most witches today are not worshippers of Satan. Simply holding up a cross or Star of David isn't going to cut it. Faith protects from many spells by centering your mind on the certainty that only "God" can affect your life, but you can have no doubt in your mind and few people are THAT religious. As for the 1% or so of non-mental weird stuff in the world that might be brought down upon a cursed person, it is an eye-opening experience that bears its own solutions. In simple terms: Don't sweat the big stuff. If he is sure he is doing the right thing, he should be fine (and a restraining order wouldn't hurt).
