Do you think the more interests you have, the more topics you will have?

I mean, you dont always have that many topics from your interest if you are really in the mood for some real posting in mylot. I am thinking that if you have more interests then you should get more topics although it does also matter how many people are active at the time and what other peoples interests are. What do you think about this?

Haha thats maybe true. The more interests you have, the more you have to talk about. Personally i first use the search function and often find a topic what is a bit similar of what i was thinking about. THen i just react to that topic in state of starting a new one. If I dont find something then i start a topic, simple ;)

I have done this too, I guess there just are too many people in mylot posting so much its kind of hard to have every single discussions and interest. One wouldnt be able to catch up with it all! Thanks for your response!

The problem I find is that there seem to be too many interests! There can be 3 or 4 that are really under the same topic. I don't get the reason for that.

yes, i believe if you have more ineterests listed here, you can get more discussions coming to you than if you only have one or two :-)

I do agree with you, gamingmaster. The more topics you subscribe the more chance of getting those new topics and the more you can have a lot of discussions to choose what to discuss. In the more discussions from interests section, what are posted are those which are newly posted discussion. You will know if this interest has a new discussion because it will be on top. So definitely the more interest you have, the more interest will be in rotation in the discussions from my interest.

The whole idea is to broaden your outlook. The tags are good and they have the power of association of ideas.
