What do you put in your care-package?

What do you send to your soldier in a care package? They need or want things that they sometimes can't get unless you send it to them. Lets come up with a list of things that you have sent, or if you are in the military (or have been) things that you wanted or would have liked to get in a care package. I've heard of a few things from other places, and my soldier has asked me for some things, so I'll start the list. I would love to get a long list going, so please- post away! I'm pretty new to being "married to the military", so I know I will find this information helpful, and hopefully it will be useful to others in the same situation as myself. Things to add to your care package: soap tooth-brush wet wipes paper (note-books) stamps phone cards envelopes Q-tips (my man used all his cleaning his weapon...lol) What else?

I know when i worked at zellers they were putting carepackages together, and they were adding all the stuff that you have mentioned, plus snacks that dont go bad, cookies, hand creams cause i bet its dry as hell over there.. hair brushes, cd's and cd mans, games for them to play, cards, stuff like that they could enjoy while they were not on duty. as well as hygiene type things.

Thanks, that's an awesome list of stuff to send to the guys over seas. My man is still in training, so he isn't over there yet, and I'm not sure if he's allowed a music player or not.... training has different rules of what they can get.
