I think if your children are adults, they need to start supporting themselves and not depending on you to do it. It is hard to just say no to them, I fully understand. I have learned the hard way. With a son in college, and his father not helping him so I have had to just so he can eat. But he is just 18 and in his first year of college. Maybe you need to tell them you just don't have the funds, and your health is bad, and you won't be there to rescue them forever. Surely there is something they can do to earn extra money.

i wish all your children realize you are now 66 years old.i have an aunt who never went overseas to work and hardly earn pesos from her peddling of roasted peanuts but still wanted to support all his jobless able to work sons.i know how mothers feel for their children because i am a mother myself but she is not helping his children to be selfreliant instead she is helping them to be lame, lazy and irresponsible.and i am also a daughter i will never let my mother be center of self pity in the community.i will never send her outside to earn money to feed us.that is because i love her..cecilia teach them how to fish while there is still time.i know you love them so much but ....yes you are overdoing it.
