Do you have a fever? If you are fever less it is probably allergies, which also usually is accompanied by runny watery eyes and nose. Sinus infection will have a fever, drainage that is not clear such as yellow or green, severe headaches and possibly blurred vision.

Hi! You should remove all rugs, stuffed toys or things that can collect dust. Also wash your sheets with hot water (removes alergens) and your bedspread should be washed once a month (atleast). Try to have the grass cut when you aren't there and if you do it yourself pollen may be the cause of your allergies, so try to develop an eye for flowers etc that make you especially ir to avoid irritable and try to avoid them. Take care!!!!!

This is a terrible time for allergies. A sinus infection does not get better, even with OTC medications. If it's been more than a week and nothing is helping with the pain and you have some serious gross looking discharge, I'd cast my vote for seeing a doctor. I have had some really bad infections without running a fever. If it's not a sinus infection and you haven't seen a doctor for allergies, maybe now would be a good time to go see one. OTC allergy meds sometimes help. Saline nasal spray really helps if you make the effort to use it at least 3 times a day.
