If anyone is skeptical about paranormal activity but wants to understand it, then I suggest you watch this tv show. You can catch it on A&E on Monday but just check your standard times. My brother referred me to this show, and told me it was good. Usually I don't have the same interests as he but, this time, I watched it for the first time, and wow I was sold! I'm sure everyone wants to believe in life after death if they haven't had an experienced with a sighting or time when they've felt the hair on the back of their neck stand up, or even when you're walking up the stairs and feel as if something/someone is right behind you. If these things creep you out, and you like that feeling... then I suggest you should watch this show! It also convinced me to believe that there is sometimes paranormal activity that can show up anywhere.
