Mercedes Benz Versus BMW, which is the Ultimate Driving Machine?

I've owned a Mercedes and also a BMW. The Mercedes is pure luxury. The BMW is style with a touch of luxury. I seem to prefer the BMW over the Benz.
What's your opinion?

I have also had both and I much prefer the BMW. I was able to drive it flat out on the German autobahns and IMO it is the better driving experience.

wow, i wish i had taken my car to autobahn and see how it feels like because i can't speed too much in my area.
well, i also agree with whiteheather. I have driven both and prefer bmw over benz because bimmer is much more comfortable to drive with, and their manuals are great!

well, i have not driven a BMW car but i own a mercedes Vboot car. i cant say which is the best but the much i have driven my mercedes, i will say that that car is really something else of a machine. the balance, the power steering, fuel consumption etc. its really a machine.
