The only person I know that shops for Avon products is my mom and also my sister. They the ones that buy the products for creme for their skin I guess to keep it moist and not so dry. My mom buys them locally while my sister buys them online. I must've heard of Avon for how many years now since I was 2 or something like that. As for me I wouldn't know any products on Avon - I just leave that to the ladies for them to use.

Hi ChristenBabyy, My mother buys Avon products from a lady for whom she's a regular customer. I have no doubt that's a persistent arrangement that won't come apart any time soon. I gather the typical Avon rep & customer thing is nurtured as an ongoing relationship, which I think is a very healthy approach to business. Hopefully your mum will pick up the occasional stray Avon customer who has lost their supplier, as well as completely new clients. It's a great business IMO - providing real value and service for many years already, and hopefully many more to come. I hope she does really well out of it.

I always look at the books if they are laying around, but the only thing i've ever bought was the soft floppy bunny like two easters ago when i was still pregnant with my daughter. it was her FIRST easter bunny, and he's really soft and was bigger then her! *giggles*

I have been with avon for almost 10 years already. I have everything that they have from apparel to personal care. I love them because they are cheaper than othe cosmetics and I get discounts too being an Avon Lady.

I have bought from Avon.com just recently. I bought two jars of skin cream; you know to make my skin look and feel young. It is supposed to help against the aging process. Anyway it was a buy one get one free sale; love the sales. So for about $17 dollars I got two jars of this cream. I opened them up and one was full and the other jar was half empty. This one must have been the free one. Go figure. The good news is the cream smells good, feels good on my face, and who knows maybe I wont age.

I used to get things like mascara and eyeliner from avon, but I don't know anyone with the catalogue now, and I prefer other brands. So i don't anymore.
