Marriage

How do you know when to call it quits in a marriage? How do you know when to just let go and say enough is enough? I have made my fair share of screw ups but nothing compares to my last one. It was the final straw for my husband. He is now set on divorce and obviously that is not what I want. I feel that we should make an attempt to work through things and give it some time. He feels it is time to call it quits and move on. We have 3 young kids at home and we just found out we are expecting baby number 4 in October. I feel deep down in my heart that he is making a huge mistake but he won't hear me. Any advice anyone???

I feel for you, because I had the same thing happen to me, when I was younger. My ex-husband did the same thing, threw me and my daughter out into the streets, only to regret it later. He begged me to come back, but at that point it was way too late.If he is unwilling to work with you, theres not a whole lot you can do.One thing I can do though, I'll pray for ya!I'll pray for your kids and your husband. I realize you didn't put this in there, but out of curiosity and to help me help you, what did you do that he wants to divorce you over?

I had an affair. No, I am not proud of that. I would divorce myself if I were him. I don't condone what I did but we need to put forth an effort for these kids.

I dont know you shouldnt of cheated thats a bad one to do the only thing you can do is try your best to win his trust back. I dont know how b/c I would ditch my fiance if he cheated on me, thats a hard one to forgive and forget. best of luck to ya

yea but is there love still there sometimes its how it has to happen I come from a broken family and no i didnt like it but now im a stronger person for it. Its what needs to happen fight for love.

I know I shouldn't have dont that. Believe me I know. I feel that we should try for these kids. They didn't do anything wrong and it's unfair to punish them for my screw up.
