i'm a member of alertpay having a personal account, recently i received a payment to my alertpay account and they charged a fee of $1 for receiving that payment. But recently they changed their fee structure and made all receipts to a personal account absolutely free, i mailed them about this and they refunded the fee charged from me. So if any one of you had a similar experience you could also mail them ask to refund the amount charged as fee on your personal account for receipt of funds.

That's good news to all alertpay users. How do we translate that money in our account to real cash? Do we need to open an account in a bank?

Thanks for posting this. I have a site and have wondered about how to pay overseas users. If Alertpay is user-friendly, then that may well work for them. I just want to use a company that is simple for everyone. Good inf. I rated you a +.

Thanks for good news . Currently Paypal doesn't have full support in my country . I can't withdraw from Paypal .I can only use my debit card with Paypal.
