I always hated this girl at school she was my best m8s m8. she always used to spread rumors about me and hated me equally. Well since i left school i thoght that would be over but shes recently been telling my boyfriends m8s things about me, wel lies about me. I just want to how how would be the best way to react to this as i thort i was out of that childish world but it seems if i retaliate ill just be back there again.

just go straight to her and give her a heavy slap ..that should make her remember all the time whenever she tries to spread rumours about u...

you see i can understand your case ... really it can affect certain relationships... the other way you can do is tell about her to your friends and talk with them about this matter... they should point out something usaual and then move your act in presence of your friends...it will really help you... i think you should close this chapter immediately as it can affect your life directly or indirectly...ok...take care

dont retaliate just shame her by saying I could knock
your block off but then I would be putting myself down
at the same level as you. get out of my sight, as I am
not your friend and do not ever speak to me again. and
then go about your own business.
