Which country is better to live - hot or cold?

I am familiar with a hot and cold place, but not snow. I like it both. In here it is cold when it is raining and in the last quarter of the year and the first few months of the yeasr. But it is quite hot during summer season. But you can enjoy the beauty of the place if is hot season.
