Ladies, do you think that you fit your real age?:-) Do you live in comfort with yourself or do you make tragedies that you are 35, 40,45,50 or 50+ years old? Do you think that you look younger and what makes you to look younger? Your lifestyle, your habbits, your clothes or something else?:)

I vary I think... I just turned 50 years & in some ways I dont act my age. I get up at 4.00am some mornings to take my daughter swimming training. Someone told me the other day that I didn't lok 50 in my profile photo, but admitttedly that photo is two years old. I am not very fit, & dont exercise much, so in that sense I am acting my age.

No one can stop advancing age so it is best to resign yourself to it and make the best of it. I will be 69 years old very soon but I don't feel it. I am retired and have a limited budget which lets me afford one major trip a year. Since I retired I have visited Germany, Italy, Spain and Malta. I realize I am more fortunate than other widowed ladies but I am proud of my accomplishment in life. I was able to fund two children through university and own my own condo which is very spacious and comfortable. I visit my son and my little grand daughter once a week or have them over for dinner. When the weather is nice my walking partner and I go for long walks every day. I go to the coffee shop once in a while to just sit, read the papers and enjoy my favourite coffee or hot chocolate. Friends and I go to antique shows and other events that interest us. I don't pay attention to clothes, they are not important to me and now I can't buy too many, but I get my hair coloured about every six weeks. Would I like more? sure I would like to have more money but I realize that I am blessed with so many things and I try to be content.
