Are students victims of great expectations?

It’s that time of the year when the students as well as their parents are on tenterhooks.
The clouds of exams are looming large on the students and the pressure is being manifested in various ways. From popping up energy pills to suffering near nervous breakdowns to suicides – the students are having a tough time coping. What's your opinion

Yeah there's no doubt about it. As a student myself, I hate it when they say, "Oh, you could've done much better.." I don't like the feeling of being pushed out of my comfort zone just to please other people.
