Me, Food, not more than one day I suppose. I work for my stomach and if I do not have food, I feel miserable, I lose interest to do anything. I just cannot stomach starving.

I don't think I would last very long, for me liquid doesn't relieve hunger so I would have to make sure I didn't go driving past McDonalds restaurants.... :)

that depends upon many factors, your weight, state of health etc, the body does live off its body fat, but I am guessing 30 days or so, providing you don't have any sustenance, like water etc, probably less if you don't have water I do not really know, but that is a medical question you can do research on and find out.

I think that varies with the person and also the activities. The longest I ever went with just water was 3 days, but that was with normal activities, including a 50/hr workweek at a job that required somewhat vigorous activity. My guess is you could live lifetime if you are using a liberal interpretation of what "juice" constitutes, but not very long on tea. People who have more "fat reserves" to start with might last longer, but I think there is a mental component, too.

Ok that is not a fair question on my end because of my fast that I do. I can manage with out food for 10 days before I actually have to eat something, but that is with out me running around. Ainge
