My boyfriend is sleepwalker! Sometimes in the middle of night he stands up and starts to walk around the room, to look something in the cupboard or takes the book and put it into the fridge.. I don't know what to do! Maybe you do?

I used to sleep walk, but I don't remember doing it for a long time. I used to sleepwalk to my alarm clock (long before it went off) and turn it off! Then I wouldn't get up in the morning! lol. I think my subconscious was saying something. One night I was staying at a friends house...I slept walk into her brothers room in the middle of the night! LOL. I sat on the florr next to his bed and apaprently just watched him! My friend got up with me, and asked my what I was doing (I guess she didn't know I was asleep still! LOL) and when she did I got up, walked right past her and laid back on my bed! *After that her brother slept with his doro locked whenever I was over! LOL* I don't know if that's true but that was a long joke with me and her family.

No I don't think it happens at certain times-just randomly. But It hasn't really happened for a long time! I don't think I have sleptwalk for a few years now, at least I haven't done any sleepwalking that will leave proff or was witnessed! lol. Thanks for the best response. :)

Just leave him to it. My boyfriend sleep walks and talks. Sometimes i sit there and talk to him. You get alot more out of him when hes asleep. Sometimes it can get scary though, if your that bothered take him to his doctor and arrange some sleep therapy. It usually works in most cases good luck.

Well I don't know anyone but from what I've heard, as long as he's not doing anytihng dangerous, then it's ok just to leave him be. They say you are not supposed to wake a sleepwalker b/c I guess they could freak out if you do. Maybe you could talk to him as if he was awake and tell him to go back to bed, but not actually wake him up.

He answer to me only then I don't call him by his name..but his answer is like "I must fix the car" or "My jeans is outside. I will bring it at home" but it is nonsense! He doesn't learn driving.. maybe it is his dream or desire but sometimes it make me flesh creep..

i dont know friends or relatives of mine that has it, but i know they are really people who are sleepwalkers.. as far as i know, they tend to move even they are really asleep.. it might be their subconscious mind that let them walk like they do when they are awake.. so whenever you know people who have this, you may recommend them that they should have someone with them when they sleep at night..

Yes, I can ask my boyfriend to come back to the bed, but I can't call him by his name, my mother told that he can shock him...
