How did you Valentines Day start off??

Since I have no story to tell, I am interested to hear yours. Mine started off sad, partner away for couple of days working. He has no gift or card for me as he spent all his pay. He also thinks Valentines Day is just another day. I called him around 7am this morning to wish him Valentines Day. That is my Valentines Day over for another year.
Hope yours is better........... Happy Valentines Day everyone. Has anyone got swept off their feet today???

Well here it is not Vday for another 3 hours! But i'm sure that my day will go as any other day has gone in the past week, not with anything special happening. After all, if you can't show your partner love the other 364 days of the year, why do it today!!?? hehe we dont really celebrate vday.. or we haven't in the past anyways.

Thanks for you reply Sissygrl. I agree you need to show your partner for the rest of the year too, but it is still nice to be spoilt, lol. A card, dinner or rose would do, nothing flash. Have a great Vday.

hi kiran my valentines day was like yours sad..my partner was away too he doesn't believe in valentines day either--but i do have a good friend who gave me a toblerone with a rose on it-that was so sweet of him--but at the same time i really wished it had been my partner--its those little things that count the most to me-littleowl
