Do friends send mixed signals?

I'm confused with someone I care deeply fo. She sent me a text before she went to training for the National Guard.It went like this:"see ya soon, take care, be safe, love ya." What I want to know is she's been online since she left and I sent her e-mails telling her to take care, and that I'd see her soon. But she hasn't responded. What gives? I know she's read the e-mails. Help, I'm confused! And depressed because I miss her!

It do0es sound a bit like a mixed message. Perhaps it was just a girl buddy to boy buddy type of mnessage. What is your relationship? have you discussed things or are you just friends? Does she know how you feel? Are you expecting more than she's willing or able to give? She's the only one who can sort you out mate. talk to her. Good luck.

i think its human psychology. there are sometimes the messages say somethings. but in reality its something else. it seems you have something for her. but she maty not be feeling the same way. she must be not feeling the way you are feeling or busy doing else.
try to talk to her and make things clear.
