Does Anyone Know How to Clear scratches in Eyeglasses?

I bought a pair of Prada prescription eyeglasses recently. I love it. It's trendy and, because their prescription, I wear it everyday. As you may know, the brand is kind of expensive - it cost me $400 plus the prescription. I don't want to get rid of it, but I scratched the lens right about eye level.
It's irritating because it feels like my left eye is looking through a cloud.
Does anyone know how to fix scratches on eyeglasses? I've seen some ads on TV but don't quite remember what brand or where to get them. I'm sure someone on the lot has been through this.

Oh I hope someone has an answer for this, I have a pair of glasses that has cratches and it would be good if there was something i could do as they cost quite a bit, I did buy a pen that was supposed to be good but it didn't work...
