Looking for sites to advertise my site

I'm looking for ways to advertise my blog. I want to get a large amount of hits on my sites so that I could be put on the top list of REal Rank which is used by Paypaerpost. I don't like to use those traffic exchanges to which the ads only last for 20 seconds. I have seen this kinds of topics before where you can use your earnings to buy some advertisement, but I want one that has a low redemption so I can easily advertise my blog.
