Carrot Cake!

I wanted to ask people if anyone had a really good and simple recipe for carrot cake? I absolutely love it, but I've never really cooked before so I'd need something that was fairly idiot proof! Also, I don't like cream cheese so I'd want a recipe for frosting that was either yoghurt or normal icing or something like that. Can anyone with culinary skills help me please?! Thank you!
