Valentines Baskets were a success.................

Well guys the Valentines Baskets that my friend and I made up to sell were a success.We made a profit of like $1,300.00.I am so glad because my bills were just piling up.We had originally thought we would make more but oh well every little bit helps.My husbands birthday is today so when the baby wakes u we are going to go shoping for his gift and get some roceries for the house.We were almost out of food.Thank God those baskets sold,lol.Now we have to start getting ready for Easter.

$1300 is a pretty good profit for a few days work. What kind of things were in the baskets? Good luck with the Easter baskets. Maybe some of the people who bought Valentines ones will buy the Easter ones.

We had a lot of Spa type things in the baskets.We put a lot of shower gels,bubble bath,foot scrubs,hand lotions,massagers and things that a woman could pamper herself with.

We rode around and sold them and then two days we put a tent up next to a gas station and sold them there.So do you think that was a good size profit for each of us?

Well, for me that would be a good sized profit. I think overall you did a good job. The amount of a good profit depends on where you live really.

Wow that is so cool. Thats a great little bit of money to have made for making Valentine baskets. I used to do something similar at Christmas and I made quite a bit doing it. I've kind of gotten away from it as of late, but you may have given me inspiration to get back into selling crafts for profit.
