A friend of mine lives out in the country and has problems with RATS! He asked if I knew how to get RID of them without using RAT poison because of his PETS.
Any SUGGESTIONS?

This sounds very logical, but I know he will ask where he can buy some of this powder. Where can one obtain some?
I wonder if the rats will just go away to return another day. I know they are afraid of snakes, foxes and bobcats, but I don't think rats are too smart to remember Which place to stay away from after a while.
Where can one buy some of this powder?
